• 3+ years in engineering design environment, ideally with proven experience in electro-mechanical design
• Undertaking theoretical analysis and mathematical modelling in support of concept development and design verification
• Expertise in engineering materials and manufacturing processes, and turning novel ideas into production solutions
• Experience with complex machined parts
• Developing and building prototypes to test their function
• Devising, implementing, and documenting appropriate experiments and tests
• Engineering change management
• Writing detailed technical documentation
• Sourcing components and liaising with suppliers
