Production Gamma Casing Collar Locator
The PGC allows the position of the tool to be correlated to the driller's tubing or casing tally and allows accurate tool positioning relative to a known feature in the well.
The scintillation detector detects the natural variations in the gamma ray background count within a well, allowing the tool position to be correlated to the formation behind the tubing/casing. The CCL detects the disturbance in a magnetic field caused as the detector passes through tubing or casing joints - or other anomalies that disturb the magnetic field.
The HDS allows the cable head on a toolstring to turn freely as the cable is payed out. The bearing arrangement allows it to withstand high axial loads as well as side-loading. Full pressure compensation ensures that well pressure does not cause an increase in the torque required to turn the swivel. Secondary barriers maintain clean oil around the electrical contacts.

Cables
It facilitates the engineer to develop and test surface acquisition setup and software without the need for expensive and bulky field hardware or relocation to a less safe, operational environment.
The MSU is a highly expandable, virtual test and diagnostics system that allows both lab and field teams to rapidly appraise full logging systems or individual tools using upgradable hardware and modular software interfaces. A single unit is a cost-effective replacement for multiple hardwired test boxes and also removes the need to keep expensive field inventory available for lab use. V1.0 is configured to operate and rapidly run diagnostics on up to four BLDC motors, with or without sensors as found in the Edge Cutter. Additional upgrades will include bus, telemetry, depth and sensor emulators.

Extra heavy duty dummy cable to properly test high-powered logging tools and intervention tools such as tractors and cutters in the lab when a full cable is not available. Rated to 1000 V and 2 A peak - approximately 10 times the power of other commercially available dummy cables. CE certified.

This pocket-size unit removes the need for the telemetry components such as surface panel, logging cable and downhole telemetry cartridge and sits comfortably on any desk.
The terminator provides mechanical and electrical termination for our advanced toolbus. Other terminators and bullnoses can be supplied.
The HDC is a passive CCL for use as a depth correlation device in HPHT wells for tools that require high voltages and currents on the wireline. Electronic circuits within the tool limit the current through the coil to 3 mA at line voltages up to 1000 V, preventing significant power dissipation in the coil. The powerful magnets enable operation when centralised within the casing. Shock absorbing features protect the magnets from mechanical shock.

The HDK-001 mono-conductor and the HDK-002 multi-conductor knuckles allow tools in a toolstring to be decoupled from one another, allowing some tools to be centralised while others lie against the casing.
This robust tool is designed to be run with high-powered, heavier toolstrings such as tractors in horizontal wells. Fully welded construction ensures high reliability and low maintenance requirements.
